The location of the villa was carefully picked so that there would be less northern wind and privacy for the guests along with a small beach right in front of the villa, which has a natural cave. The land is a total of 1450 sqm. The villa is 18km away from Ierapetra, the southernmost town in Europe.

Ground floor: open area living and dining room with a feature fireplace a W.C, a kitchen, a bedroom and a storage area. Wooden stair leads to the first floor there are two lofts with bedroom, kitchen, W.C, office, and the master bedroom with fireplace, jacuzzi, WC and cloakroom approximately 63m².
