Villa with sea view and private swimming pool near Chania

Spacious private villa which is divided in two levels. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms.

Ground floor:
Dinning room with expandable table for up to 10 people.
Two bedrooms with double beds.
Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath tube.
Utility room with washing machine, iron and iron board.
Balcony with wooden table, chairs and a big umbrella for extra shade.

First floor:

One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two semi-double beds.
Two bathrooms.
Two balconies, one with bamboo saloon set.
The first floor is accessible either by inside staircases or from a separate entrance outside the home.

Garden:
Pool 45 sq.m., including a kids pool, 6 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and 2 small tables.
Ping Pong table with all the equipment.
Pergola with a big sofa and extra space for sunbeds.
Bar with up to 10 stools and a barbecue.

Basement:
In the basement there are two parking spots.

In each bed we have two types of pillows, sheets, a blanket and a duvet. Two towels and one pool towel are also provided together with velour bath robes and slippers. Every three days we clean the house and change linen and towels. At the same time we clean the outside area and the pool.

If there are babies traveling with you we offer baby cot with linen, high chair and a baby bath tub at no extra cost.
