Built in early 1900s in neoclassical style, the villa was restored 25 years ago, provides 5 bedrooms and has a spacey yard and a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Located in Kamilari Village, it opens up to a balcony with views to the mountain and the Libyan Sea
It’s a three-storey villa for a total of 200 m2.
On the ground floor, a living room that has a fire place and a antique piano, a dining room, a spacey kitchen fully equipped, two bathrooms one with whirlpool bathtub 1.55x 1.55m and the other with hydro-massage, home-spa shower cabin and one master bedroom.
On the first floor, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and one gym-room.
On the second floor, one double bedroom with bathroom and shower.
In the outside area there is a large swimming pool as well as a smaller one for children. In addition to this there are large verandas, a garden around the pool a BBQ and street parking.

Various taverns, cafés and mini markets can be found within walking distance of the villa.

Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply).
