Traditional Cretan villa with swimming pool near Chania

If you want to evade from the agitation of cosmopolitan places and stay in a place not far from the majority of points of interest of the western part of the island, in a charming, typical Cretan village, then that villa is an interesting suggestion. In the garden there is a private pool and beautiful trees like with lemon, pear and olive trees. It is close enough to the local beach at Georgioupolis (3 miles) and 7 miles from Lake Kournas.

There are two tavernas (walking distance) in the small village near the villa. The village itself is tiny and real traditional Greek and the people are very welcoming. You definitely need to rent a car.
