Sea view villa with private pool near Rethymno

This Villa was constructed entirely out of stone with interior arches and stone staircases. Exits to an area of 2000 m² with olives trees, herbs and vegetables. Accommodating 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed for one more person. 4 bathrooms are available.

On the ground floor there are : the kitchen with veranda south, the dining room with veranda north ,W.C, the living room and the arched veranda.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: The main bedroom with one double bed, its own bathroom and a large balcony with a view. A second bedroom with 2 single beds (which can also be converted in a double), it’s own balcony with sea view and a third bedroom with two single beds and view to the mountain. Also in this floor there is a separate bathroom.

In front of the Villa there is the swimming pool with sunbeds and an external bathroom in the basement.

Outside, at the garden you fill find: barbeque, outdoor furniture, a large parking place and alarm system.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in all areas, even the pool.

Ecological elements: Villa is fully equipped with energy class better than compatible A++ appliances. There is also a large tank that gathers rain waters from roof tops to irrigation the gardens. All faucets and flash tanks have the possibility of saving water . Also the villa has a garden with biological vegetables available for our customers, com posters for vegetable residues and recycling bins.
