Ground floor:
The villa lie two separate airy bedrooms, the first with direct access to the wooden yacht style deck and heated pool, and the second with access to the garden.

First and second floor
Divided into two different floors, this hidden gem of a villa, offers privacy and relaxation beyond imaginable. The master bedroom is hosted on the first floor, with a king size bed, a bathroom with a craftily designed marble paneled en-suite bath tub with Jacuzzi and en-suite shower, a WC and separate basins for him or her all in the same open plan space. The master bedroom also has a writing desk and chair for those who wish to work or conduct business on their trip as well as 42inch LCD TV.

Notes:

-Cretan Breakfast is served by chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th, daily from Monday to Saturday (Extra charge, contact us for details)

– Namely Coco-mat mattresses, pillows, duvets and high cotton count linen, towels and bathrobes.

-Pool Heating cost is 40€/day. Period April to October, min charge 3 days.-Surcharge of 10% on the rate, if an extra bed is added upon client’s request.

Villa is located in a touristic zone and is less than 1,5km from the beach, easy walking distance.

Maleme, Gerani & Platanias just a few km distance are full of restaurants, taverns, shops, minimarkets, etc.

Check-in time is 17:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in or late checks-out is possible, upon request/availability.
Pool Heating cost is 60€/day. Period April to October, min charge 3 days.
