Sea view villa with four bedrooms, 4 double beds and 3 single beds plus 2 sofa beds in the living room. (Check the bedroom layout below). 4 full bathrooms and 2 external showers.

Heated pool

Temperature can be raised between 28° -30° (82,4 – 86 ℉). Pool cover needs to be placed every night BY THE GUESTS in order heating to be effective. Heating of the pool is charged extra and ON DEMAND 300€ per week.

HOUSE RULES:
1. People other than those in the guest party, may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is in the sole responsibility of the Guest and we have to be informed.
2. Arrival is any time after 15:00 on arrival date and departure by 11:00 on departure date. Requests of earlier arrival or later departure could be made without extra cost if there is availability.
4. Cleaning and linen change takes place twice a week. We do not permit linens and towels to be taken from the property. Pool towels are provided, we suggest guests to bring beach towels with them. More frequent cleaning is possible with an extra charge.
5. Tenants agree to respect the property. Tenants will be required to pay on spot and before leaving the villa if damage is caused in the property by them.
6. Children under 12 are not allowed to swim or play around the pool without adult supervision at all times.There is a certain health risk associated with this facility, tenants use it at their own risk.
7. Pool is outdoor salt-water, heated and fully automated.
8. In order heating to be efficient the pool cover needs to be placed on the pool every evening by the guests.
