Sea view villa with pivate pool near Rethymno

Environmentally friendly stone villa with private pool which can accommodate six persons and one extra person in the living room (sofa bed).

Located near Gerani village of Rethymno, the plot is about 2000 m² with olives trees, herbs and vegetables. There also biological vegetables that are available for our guests.

On the ground floor you’ll find a kitchen with veranda (south), a dining room with veranda (north) ,W.C and the living room.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The first one features a double bed and large balcony with a sea view. The second bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double) , it’s own bathroom (ensuite) and it’s own sea view balcony. Also in this floor there is a separate bathroom available.
The third bedroom is on the second floor and offers a nice view of the mountain .

Solar panels using energy direct from the sun.
Fully equipped with energy class better than compatible A++ appliances.
Rainwater from rooftops and water from faucets and flash tanks are being collected in a large tank.
Com posters for vegetable residues and recycling bins .
