Family villa with private swimming pool near Chania

This luxury villa can accommodate up to 7 guests.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and a garden.
Divided into two different floors, the ground floor gives you access to the swimming pool and the garden. The floor consists of a large bathroom equiped with Air Jets Bodyspray for massages, and two bedrooms right next to each other. The lower floor includes a kitchen and an open plan living space.

On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with it’s en-suite bathroom. The mattress, pillows, duvets and all towels and bathrobes are made from natural materials. All bathrooms and the kitchen are fully equipped.

The villa is located: only 18km from the old town of Chania.

Notes:

-Cretan Breakfast is served by chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th, daily from Monday to Saturday (Extra charge, contact us for details)

– Namely Coco-mat mattresses, pillows, duvets and high cotton count linen, towels and bathrobes.

-Pool Heating cost is 40€/day. Period April to October, min charge 3 days.-Surcharge of 10% on the rate, if an extra bed is added upon client’s request.

Villa is located in a touristic zone and is less than 1,5km from the beach, easy walking distance.

Maleme, Gerani & Platanias just a few km distance are full of restaurants, taverns, shops, minimarkets, etc.

Check-in time is 17:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in or late checks-out is possible, upon request/availability.
Pool Heating cost is 60€/day. Period April to October, min charge 3 days.
